Abstract
This study was to find out health and health behavior changes in Korea before and during the COVID19 pandemic through Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) of the 2019∼2020. Data were analyzed by number, percentage and Rao-Scott Chi square test in damage, physical examination, influenza vaccination, hospital admission, subjective health and activity limitation as health varibales, and smoking, drinking, practice rate of aerobic exercise, walking and perceived stress as health behavior variables. The results were that damage, hospital admission, smoking were reduced and influenza vaccination was increased. From 19 to 64 aged were reduced in damage, hospital admission, subjective health and drinking. Over than 65 aged were reduced in influenza vaccination and drinking in stead of increasing in practice rate of aerobic exercise and walking. Urban residences were reduced in damage, subjective health and increased in walking. Country residences were reduced damage, drinking and walking. High income were reduced drinking and drinking, middle income were damage, physical examination and hospital admission. Low income were reduced in walking and increased in subjective health. In conclusion, we need to make a plan promoting of health considering environmental, physical and psychosocial situation.
