Abstract
In order to prepare for the change of defense environment and future battlefield aspect, it is necessary to improve the work of the military organization and various tasks analysis methods with rational, efficient and consistent efforts. In this paper, we present the quantitative analysis results of several military organizations’ case using various techniques such as text-mining and social network analysis. The data for conducting the analysis are from the official document accumulated in the Onnara system. we digitized the change of task amounts, relation between the departments and the time series change of main tasks. And we also conducted the clustering of the departments. It is expected that our methodology will be applied to the military organizations to identify the direction of task performance improvement and also be used as quantitative analysis tool for the reconstruction of the organization.
