Abstract
Many peoples are very interested in healthy life. Through various health-related TV programs, certain foods and herbs have been introduced to help overcome disease. In this study, we thought that if people can diagnose their health, they can reduce social costs and live a healthy life, and we conducted statistical analysis through sub-health and a survey of lifestyle patterns. The results of multiple regression with life patterns (life manegement, biorhythm, stress symptoms, right posture) and sub-health showed that, apart from respiratory system, the remaining nine sub-health were most affected by biorhythms.
