Abstract
In this paper, we consider the default Bayesian analysis for the ratio of scale parameters in Topp-Leone distributions. Thus we propose the noninformative prior such as matching priors and reference priors in this problem. We also investigate that the second order matching prior satisfies an alternative coverage matching criterion, and it becomes a highest posterior density matching prior. Next, we check whether the developed reference prior is the second order matching prior and whether Jeffrey's prior and reference prior have the same form. Simulation study indicates that the proposed matching prior is very close to the target coverage probabilities, and a real example is given.
