The purpose of this paper is to categorize the psychological factors affecting the working environment of workers through cluster analysis and to examine the characteristics of the working environment of each cluster differences in subjective health evaluation and satisfaction with the working conditions. The data used for the analysis were KWCS 2017 by the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and were categorized into four clusters based on social and psychological factors cluster 1 is a work engagement type, cluster 2 is an occupational stress type, cluster 3 is a relation type, and cluster 4 is an autonomous type. The work engagement type is a group with a high level of education and the least working hours and the age and occupation are evenly distributed. The relation type is a group with many elderly women in their 60s or older with low educational background. Autonomous type is a group with regular workers and the shortest working hours. In terms of subjective health evaluation and work environment satisfaction the autonomous type was the highest the relation type was the worst in the subjective health evaluation, and the work engagement type was the lowest in the working conditions satisfaction.
