Abstract
As the era has been rapidly changed, the factors of job satisfaction have been also altered significantly. This study examines the effect of corporate character on job satisfaction. Previous studies defined and explained the character type of an organization by classifying the organizational character into MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) types. In this study, the document similarity between the description of organizational character types and online company reviews was analyzed through Doc2Vec to measure the MBTI types of each company and scrutinize the relationship with job satisfaction. The result of this study confirmed that the character types, Extroversion (E), Intuition (N), and Feeling (F), have a significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, it was found that character types including Intuitive (N), Feeling (F), and Perceiving (P) have a significant effect on job satisfaction in the manufacturing industry.
